Honor 7i smartphone features an unique rear camera that flips out up to 180 degrees.


Huawei under its Honor brand has already announced a pre-CES 2016 event on January 5, 2016. The brand has some major announcement to make at the upcoming CES event which is both ‘smart’ and ‘creative’ in mobile technology.

Meanwhile, less than a month before their grand CES 2016 plans, the latest Nexus smartphone maker, today showcased its Honor 7i, Honor 5X and Honor Mate 8 smartphones along with two smartwatches- Honor Zero and Honor Toy Story- at Honor’s second anniversary event in Shenzhen, China.



The Honor 7i smartphone, launched in China two months back, features an unique rear camera that flips out up to 180 degrees. We are already familiar with rotating rear cameras from Oppo. Now, Honor shows off a ‘flip out camera’ in its Honor 7i smartphone.
The smartphone houses one 13MP A/F camera with dual LED flash at the back. There is no separate front camera. The rear camera module can be popped out to tack selfies.
Honor 7i features a 5.2-inch IPS display and runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 with Huawei Emotion UI 3.1. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 616 processor with 2GB RAM and and 16GB ROM, expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It is a dual-SIM phone and supports two micro SIMs. The device is backed by a 3,000mAH battery. On the connectivity front, Huawei Honor 7i supports 4G, 3G, GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi and comes with a fingerprint sensor.
The brand has not revealed any plans of the immediate launch of Honor 7i in India.
